This treasury was picked for 2nd place because of it's bright colors. The name being "Bright Bursts of Color",  it definitely defines it's theme. Without question the color theme statement is made through these beautiful pinks and oranges, clashes that compliment.  The curator promoted the treasury well and saw to small details easily pushing into a winning position.
